Hotel boys and security personnel, dining hall staff were quite friendly and nice. ホテルのボ-イ,警備員,食堂のスタッフは愛想が良かったです.
I specified non-smoking room on reservation but when we arrived, we were put in a smoking room where really smelled bad. I complained but they didn't move us because it was fully booked. If only they could notified us in advance so we would have canceled our stay... Outside the window, all we could see were only dozens of outside units of AC facing our room. Hotel lounge in front of the reception was smoking area. If you can't stand the smell of cigarette, avoid this hotel! 予約時に禁煙室を指定したのに、当日チェックインしたら喫煙室でした。文句を言いましたが、満室のため受け合ってくれませんでした。予約確定後に事前に知らせてくれれば取消できたのですが。。。 煙草の臭いが気になる人は絶対に避けた方が良いホテルです。
